Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Zest n Zing Foods. We take pride in offering high-quality spices and seasonings. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to assist you.
Overview
Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your order, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:
- Perishable goods such as spices, herbs, or any other food items.
- Health and personal care items.
- Gift cards.
- Items returned without original packaging or beyond 30 days from the date of delivery.
Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery with prior approval.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you via email or phone.
- We will inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- First, recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take a few days for the refund to reflect.
- Contact your bank — processing times may vary.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you:
- You will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- Once the returned item is received and verified, a gift voucher will be issued to your email.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver:
- The refund will be issued to the gift giver.

- You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
- For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
