Production

Our production facility is equipped with modern machinery to ensure controlled dehydration of garlic and onion without compromising on their natural properties. We follow a fully mechanized system that includes cleaning, peeling, slicing, drying, milling, and grading, ensuring uniform quality across all batches.

Warehousing Facilities

We have developed a spacious warehouse facility at our infrastructural base. Process of Dehydrated Products

  1. Procurement: High-quality fresh garlic and onion sourced from selected farms in Gujarat and Maharashtra.

  2. Sorting & Cleaning: Raw materials are inspected and cleaned using air and water jets to remove impurities.

  3. Peeling & Slicing: Fully automated slicing and chopping machines ensure uniform cuts based on the final product requirement.

  4. Dehydration: Raw slices are passed through controlled hot air dryers at low temperatures to preserve aroma and nutrients.

  5. Grinding & Milling: Once dried, the material is ground into desired forms — minced, granules, or powder — depending on client specifications.

  6. Grading & Quality Check: Every batch is tested for size, aroma, purity, and microbial levels.

  7. Packing: Products are packed in customized units — from small retail pouches to bulk export bags — under hygienic, FSSAI-certified conditions.

  8. Dispatch: Final products are labeled, palletized, and shipped across India and to international destinations.
